Weblett Consulting Solutions was founded and registered as a New York Limited Liability Company by Dr. Robert Lloyd-Charles in 2024.
 
Robert is a passionate solutions architect and systems thinker committed to advocating for a progressive culture of lifelong learning across disciplines and industries.

As a learning technologist, he believes in aligning training expectations with dynamic system functionality in support of talent development and organizational evolution.
 
He combines over 10 years' experience as a certified Learning Management System Administrator in the corporate and public sectors with over 25 years of practical experience as a multidisciplinary educator at universities and colleges across the United States.
 
Robert received a PhD in Dramatic/Comparative Literature from Washington University in St. Louis and is an active theatre artist.
 
He is certified as a Cornerstone OnDemand Core System Specialist, Learning Management Specialist, and Learning Management Expert and is currently pursuing his CSOD Performance Specialist and Succession Specialist certifications.
 
Robert also earned a Project Management professional certification from Google and several certifications in digital accessibility from Deque University.
 
He is a a proud member of the national, Rochester, and Central NY chapters of The Association for Talent Development, as well as The Dramatists Guild of America and The Society of Stage Directors and Choreographers (SDC).
